 Chicken, rice, wheat flour, water, sugar, wheat flour, gingembe, shallot, soy, white vinegar, salt, potassium sorbate (less than 0.1%), chili, acetic acid, potassium sorbate and gum xanthan, sodium glutamate, crushed chilli. Contains bisulfite (sodium bisultite) 
 
 Cooking method: 
 Separate the chicken pieces. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees then cook the chicken pieces for 10 minutes. Heat the rice and sauce for 1 1/2 in the microwave oven.
