150 grams of vegetables of your choice (cut into pieces)
120 grams of chicken (cut into strips)
130 grams of water (3 / 5a cup)
50 grams of Kécha sauce
15 grams of oil or butter
2 grams of cornstarch
1-2 grams peppers according to your taste
Mode d'emploi :
Heat oil or butter over high heat
Stir in meat or shrimp and cook to 80%.
Stir in 2 tablespoons (50g) of the Kécha sauce.
Stir in 150g of your favorite vegetables and stir.
Add 130ML of water (3/5 cup) and 2g of cornstarch, stir.
Continue cooking for 2 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add 1g of pepper or according to your taste.
