Spicy soup


Ingredients: 900 ML of water (three containers) 400 to 450 grams of onion (two containers of the Thai soup base) 300 ML of concentrated Thai soup base from sak (one complete container) Note: using the same container; it’s just once the base of Thai soup concentrated in sak, twice onions and three times water.


Manual : cut the onions into small cubes in a pot; boil the water, add the onions and Thai sak soup base. After boiling, lower to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until the onions become translucent. Not only is it simple to prepare, but it's a delight just like eating out. It’s guaranteed!


Note: once you have this famous broth, you can prepare delicious Thai meal soup by simply adding vegetables, meats or shrimps as well as rice vermicelli. In our restaurants we only put a little iceberg lettuce and rice vermicelli before serving.
